It's simple to change between subscription plans. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, we will prorate your invoice and deduct the remaining balance of the current month to ensure that the cost of your subscription is completely fair.
1. Navigate to your billing portal
Roll over your profile name in the top right corner and click on Settings in the drop-down menu.
Next, select the Billing & Invoicing tab from the menu on the left.
Then select the Open billing portal button.
2. View your billing portal
In the new Billing portal you can first see and change your active subscription, billing address, payment method or download invoices from the Billing History.
3. Change your subscription
First, select the active subscription in the billing portal.
Then click the Edit Subscription button. You will be able to change the plan,
On the next screen, you will see details about your current subscription. In the dropdown menu, you can select a different plan even with a different billing frequency.
